Bluetooth Audio:

If you tapping the Connect Button in Action Centre and doesn’t find your Bluetooth-enabled audio device, try this steps:

  1. Make sure that your Windows device supports Bluetooth and turned on. You’ll see a Bluetooth button in Action Centre.
  2. Make sure that the Bluetooth-enabled audio device is on and discoverable.
  3. If you searching for Bluetooth-enabled devices other than audio, try this: Go to the Bluetooth Settings Page > Paramètres > Select Devices > Select Bluetooth > Select the Device > Select Remove Device > Try pairing again.

Miracast Devices:

If you tapping the Connect Button in Action Centre but doesn’t find your device, try this steps:

  1. Make sure that your Windows device supports Miracast.
  2. Make sure that your WiFi is turned on.
  3. Make sure that the display you want to project to supports Miracast and turned on. If it doesn’t, you need a Miracast adapter (Dongle) that plugs in to an HDMI port.

If you don’t see the Bluetooth button, try updating your device’s driver. You need Go to Début , enter Device Manager, select it from the list of results. In Device Manager, locate your device, right-click (or press and hold) it, sélectionner Update Driver Software, sélectionner Search automatically for updated driver software, and then follow the rest of the steps.

If Bluetooth is turned on and the driver is up to date, but your device still doesn’t work, try removing the device and re-pairing it. Go to Début , enter Devices, sélectionner Bluetooth, select the device, sélectionner Remove device, and then try pairing again.

When Bluetooth doesn’t appear in Device Manager after upgraded from a previous version of Windows to Windows 10, you can try these steps below to find a compatible driver:

  1. Right click on Windows logo then tap on Device Manager.
  2. Click on View then Show hidden device.
  3. Expand Other devices in Device Manager.

  7. Search on browser for the hardware ID after you copied to try find the name of the Bluetooth radio manufacturer. After that, visit the Bluetooth hardware or your PC manufacturer’s website to download a Bluetooth driver that’s compatible with Windows 10.

Remarque: If Bluetooth is missing in Settings or can’t be turned on, you need to check Device Manager to make sure you have the latest Bluetooth drivers installed.

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, select it from the list of results, and then expand Bluetooth in Device Manager.
  2. Press and hold (or right-click) the Bluetooth radio, puis sélectionnez Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software.
